These terms and conditions constitute the agreement between Angel Spa & Nails(Client) and Amorio Technologies for social media marketing services.
Services Provided:
Amorio Technologies will develop and manage the website, perform SEO, and optimize social media accounts. This includes content creation, posting, and engagement with followers.
Payment Terms:
The monthly subscription charge is $350, payable in advance. Payments are due by the 5th of each month. Any additional services will be provided at an extra cost.
Contract Period:
The contract is valid for 1 year from the date of accepting the agreement and is non-cancellable during this period. This agreement constitutes a commitment to maintain the contract for the full duration of one year.
Content Ownership:
All content created by Amorio Technologies remains the property of Amorio Technologies and is intended solely for the services mentioned above. Any disputes regarding the content will need to be managed by the client.
Performance and Results:
Amorio Technologies will strive to achieve the best possible results but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or increases in followers, likes, or engagement.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to any third party.
Liability:
Amorio Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Compliance:
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all content and activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Modification of Terms:
Amorio Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes in advance.
